Domonique Harrelson is a developing artist who loves the creative process. He studied at Savannah College of Art and Design, majoring in photography, and minoring in painting. His favorite elements are line, shape, and color while his favorite principles are movement, rhythm, and unity. These are the ingredients within a composition that get him excited and also traits he likes to emphasize in his own work. As a photographer, his new home is in the studio. He prefers a setting where he has absolute control over the manipulation of light. The studio also serves as a blank slate for the fabrication of compositions. As a painter, his favorite medium to work with is watercolor. He loves its fluidity and forgiving nature as a medium. When he’s not creating, he is researching topics for his next project, jammin’ on his ukulele, dancing with his team, or looking for inspiration.
